This Modern Coastal Barn has two spacious levels with the lower level having white vaulted ceilings in which the tall spaces coincide with the cooking hub in which you can cartwheel in ,a comfortable sitting area and a huge dining table for lofty conversations or room to play board games (located in cupboard next to the dining table) with a view to a large Cyprus tree .



The shared space is a place where conversation and activity can be casually shared among family members within a single space (including watching TV). The Coastal Barn is orientated with large glazed windows and doors which fold completely open to a light filled + relaxing space where the division between the indoor and outdoor is seamless which creates a space that is filled with calmness and breezy joyfulness. The doors open to a large private deck with privacy and shade that is moderated by Wattle ,Banksia and Protea bushes.



The upper level has 3 double bedrooms ,two bathrooms with one bathroom having a large freestanding tub and walk- in shower for quiet contemplation. The upper level also has a separate living area and TV .



There is air conditioning on both levels and heating in all rooms including a cozy fire on the lower level (wood and kindling supplied).Filled with eclectic vintage finds from the local antique and vintage shops in Loch and Wonthaggi.



Number 1 Beach is only a 5 mins drive and number 3 beach is a 15 mins walk. Rinse off the salt+water from your swim in the beach in the outside shower with hot and cold running water.
