Dune Cottage is a newly constructed beach side home nestled under the dunes. There is a path behind the property which guides you over the dunes to the main beach of Venus Bay. In summertime, it is a 20 min walk to the patrolled beach of Venus Bay Surf Life Saving Club. There is wildlife abound all around you. Wombats, wedge-tailed eagles, deer, rabbits and numerous other birds have all been seen from the house. Two of the three bedrooms feature queen size beds, while the third bedroom features two king single bunks. This allows Dune Cottage to comfortably accommodate 8 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with an inbuilt oven, induction cook top, dishwasher and microwave. The living area features 2 generous leather couches and a 42' LCD TV. The entertainment area is complimented by a DVD/HiFi system, a Wii Console and a Play Station 2 Console. This property also has wifi available. The bathroom features a shower with glass splashbacks, a vanity with a mirrored cupboard and a 7.5kg front-loading washing machine. Outside, you can relax at your outdoor setting, with umbrella and BBQ. Please note: Blankets, Pillows and Doonas are supplied at the property. You will need to bring your own linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, pillowcases and bathmat). Linen is available for hire - contact us for further details.
