And all only 2 hrs drive from Melbourne. Venus Bay is a quiet township and though small packs a punch with lots of conveniences on your doorstep and all within a short stroll from this 3 bedroom beach cottage. Amenities include Restaurant (The Cavity) , a well stocked General Store, ice cream and of course Fish & Chips and pizza. There is also a curtesy bus to Tarwin Lower Pub for counter meals and live music. Oh and dont worry, that morning coffee is just a short stroll away from this cottage!
The cottage has a fully FENCED in garden so is safe for small children to play outside and dont forget a fenced in yard is great for ensuring your PETS are safe too. The garden itself has plenty of space to hang out and boasts a sand pit for more fun! Plus great privacy and bush views. You may even see our wombat pass by!
The property boasts 3 bedrooms with a large master (queen bed), with TV/DVD. All bedrooms have wardrobes and are heated so you stay warm during cooler evenings. The ample living room has a TV/DVD, a reverse cycle heater/air con and has a wood burner for those cosy nights in sampling local cheeses and wines.
The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. The dining table sits 10 if you have some company over. This really is a house that offers entertaining options.
The house is NON SMOKING and PET friendly but we ask that you do not allow even your most beloved pet on the furniture or in the bedrooms and of course please pick up afterwards.
