Situated on sealed Canterbury Road, this solid property has dual access and is a pet-friendlyspacious house with 2 decks for entertaining and plenty of grassed area for the kids to play on. Featuring 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom with a spa bath, and a second toilet. It is fully fenced to keep in the pooches and an easy 3-minute walk to shops in the main street and another 5-minute walk to the popular 'patrolled' number one beach. With both front & rear access, walking to the village or the beach is easy.     This was our second time staying at this holiday rental but in our arrival the house had not be cleaned from the previous stay. Animal hair on the floor and the bedding, food left in fridge, food scraps behind the bin, toilets dirty and dusty, shower not cleaned. Wood pile and rubbish in garden. Once cleaned by ourselves as the office was closed we had a great stay. Relaxing, spacious for our two dogs, walking distance to the shops and beach 1.
